New member troubles....

Not me obviously, a friend is trying to sign up to PH and has sent me the following message...

The Message said:

Hey mate, any chance you might be able to help/advise me? I wanted to post congrats on PH. So I registered, and waited for my confirmation E-mail to be sent........and I'm still waiting! I've double checked everything is correct in my personal profile, I've even copyed and pasted my E-mail address off the profile and sent an E-mail to myself to make sure I had the right address! Is there something obvious I'm not doing? Or is the Webmaster on holiday or sommat? All the best, Stu.

I can't remember the details of new members as I signed up so long ago.

Any ideas?

I don't recall having any problems with registering my account with my Hotmail address.

It's more a case of the Hotmail junk mail filters not liking Pistonheads than Pistonheads not liking Hotmail.
