When I view threads at work I see number of posts and number of months under each contributors name. When at home using a different PC this information is not there. Any idea why?

Use the menu above to select 'My info' > 'Preferences' and select it in there.

If I may be so bold, as mine also frequently do this. All you need to do is reset your preferences, just remove the tick refresh and then add the tick and refresh.
The problem arises I believe, when you clean out your cache (temporary internet folder).
