Both URLs are directed at exactly the same page so I'm a bit stumped as to why there should be any problem. Not saying I don't believe you (typical PC support response ), just that I'm not sure where to start looking for such a problem!
Could this be a DNS cache problem? I happened on an article about this tonight. A little check on Google noted some wanting to purge their DNS chache? Am I close?
