e-mailing members

I have to say this site is tops, but I'm having trouble e-mailng other members. I keep getting a message stating that my e-mail address has not been recognised. Any ideas?

When you sign up you should receive an email with a link in it. Click on that link and your email address will be flagged as verified.

I do know of an issue with Hotmail binning those mails as spam so probably need to think of a new mechanism. Let me know if you're not receiving the welcome/verification emails and I'll look into it.

I got the e-mail, but I am a bit of a luddite in these matters...
I don't seem to have a link, or do I just highlight a part of that e-mail and reply with that? Here's hoping...
