Slow to load first screen?

Is it my imagination or is it taking longer for the first screen to load?

No reason why it should take any longer.

Snakes is the first page you load "whats new since last visit" if so and you dont visit regulary this could slow it down

No I don't load "what's new" so don't think that's it.

Sometimes it's OK but sometimes it takes a long time to get it up! Perhaps it's an age thing!!
