Ted, problem just wondering if you can throw any light on the subject.
I usually spell check my script using word before I post, so I normally type into the PH message box, then cut an paste script into a Word document. Spell and grammar check, cut and paste over original typed script in the PH message box...
With me so far?
This is where I have been encountering a problem. When I now go into the preview panel to check legends, IE crashes! It's done it a few times over the week end and again tonight.
If I just post the reply (ie do not preview it) no problems. Is it my PC? cos I spent most of yesterday Defragging and the like, to try to solve the problem.
(Please excuse any spelling and grammar errors)
STOP PRESS!
In fact I have just found out that it’s got nothing to do with the cut and paste!

Someone I know had a similar problem recently with spawning a new window, as in the preview button. She solved it by basically going to windows update and getting the newest version of service pack for her version of IE, and it sorted it out. Which version or service pack are you running? Probably best to get the latest of everything from M$.
