Idea for new PH product

Mrs CVP came up with an idea for a new Ph product, PH fleece scarves. She finds the winds blows round the Elise something rotten with the roof down and she gets a cold neck. Fleeces don't come high enough up the back fo the neck.

Could be a good seller for the open top brigade.
