No problem.

Nice to have a day free to spend time sorting things out.

Suggestions always welcome

In that case...

I think this would be quite involved in terms of the work required, but it'd be great if we could have a page on our profiles where we could select appropriate tick boxes to indicate the forums that we're interested in. Then, in the What's New section, we default to seeing only what's new in our selected forums, with an option to see across all forums if desired.

Just an idea...

Or possibly an option on the What's new screen like there is on the main GS screen where you can only see your favourite topics?

Isn't that already available by using the check boxes on the gassing station page?

What is your preferred arena then?

I hadn't noticed that - doh!

Having set my favourites up that way, it now appears that it's only those that show up in What's New anyway... oh well, it must've been a good idea if Ted had already thought of it!

It does kind of.. er..

i don't know what i mean , but Programming people are kind of clever people, that think.. 'Hmmm, how can we make this easy for every one..'

..so they do..

then some wag comes along and says. 'Mr X, please make it so when I do this thing...'

..unfortunately (bollox to the spling) programmes may get so far out of hand that they need a thing that has more things, that might need more doobreys that had never been invisioned by the thing they thought would ever cover such eventualities (ever.. 'some time soon there are going to to be 6 billion people, just in china' - said a greek philosopher, back in the day..)'

So then using sticky tape and Tippex™ they make the infection bigger...

..see

Yup, seconded, I'd like one to sort my goats out, at the momement, my herd get bathed in cows blood and wailed at by naked wiccan girls howling a selection of of the sugerbabes songs..

If only I knew this would work...
