Ok Ted it seems that when I select by "What's new - Since last visit" it zips along but if I select "What's new - Last 12 hours" it's slow. Don;t know if there is a reason for that? Rich...

Sems to depend what time of day it is.
Lunchtime and 5pm can seem most noticeable; can't think why

Just a thought - Could always be our ISPs and not Ted's whizzy new server. Anyway we can tell from this end ?

That's simply down the volume of posts now being contributed in a twelve hour period. There's more data to transfer to you.
