Drop down menus?

Returning from hols, I find that the My info......Whats New tool bar only appears when I go through a Topic into a thread. Is this right? I could have sworn that I used to be able to get straight to Whats New from the Gassing Station window.

By drop down menu, I mean the grey tool bar that has My Info on the far left and Whats New on the far right. I thought I used to get the tool bar as soon as I opened the Gassing Station window. Now I have to get into an individual thread before it appears....i.e.

Pistonheads>Gassing Station.....no drop down menu

Pistonheads>Gassing Station>Website Feedback...no drop down menu

Pistonheads>Gassing Station>Website Feedback>Drop down Menus?....there it is

Edit to say: Funky....yes I know where Whats New is when the tool bar is displayed.

Must just be your pc, It's still in the same place on mine
