Respect where respect due!!

This applies to you.
I've seen a lot of members of recent, who have said thanks to another member for some info given. Why don't you give them respect at the same time.
If they p**s you off in the future, give them no respect, they deserve it
If we don't use the system properly the "staff" posters will have shedloads, while those that post more infrequently, but still provide info/entertainment, can hardly be distinguished from a troll.
Check back, and see who has helped/amused you, and give them the respect thats due.

I try to but don't always rememberI had given a vote of respect because I agree with what you're saying - there are some very helpful and entertaining people around with no respect ratings.
I changed my vote to no respect because you posted anonymously. People who haven't got the guts to air their views with their real name really p!ss me off.

if you expect something to happen, never be dissapointed when it does. On a more serious note, thanks to those that have given respect. There has been a slight change.

Respect said something that has since been removed to protect the innocent.
Yes, I know that it might sound hypocritical of me but I stand by my words, posting under false names is bad netiquette. If you read carefully above I said "People who haven't got the guts to air their views with their real name really p!ss me off."
The aforementioned anonymous entity wasn't posting views, he was asking for advice on an ongoing legal matter on which anonymity was and still is important. And that, I think is justified so long as it isn't abused.
Call me a hypocrite if you like, but I'd rather you had the courtesy to do so from your real PistonHeads account or make yourself known to me offline. Thank you.
