Ted,
thanks for that, lets hope it goes to support some of the "staff" posters we have around here. I notice there is not a negative setting on there.

Also, can we enhance it to have a duration. I want to know if Mungo will still respect in the morning!

Thanks again,
C

You can assign a respect rating of 'none' which will be recorded.

Thanks to whoever gave me respek, are you sure you won't be inundated with new members eager to show their appreciation of Mungo

Is it that small?

Joke, god this board has had a bad effect on me!

Seriously though,

I think when you click on your own name you see in your profile (it says words to the effect of
"respect - xx% from x votes")

If no one has voted for you, it doesn't show up though.

I have given you the thumbs up cos of the link you gave in another post to that cool F1 game!

It's good to see that it's good to respect yourself. Because if you don't, as the song goes, ain't nobody gonna give a good cahoot, na-na-na woooah-whoooah.

What if you give someone respect and then have a falling-out with them and change your mind? Or vice versa, what if someone you gave no respect to suddenly turns out to be a really decent person and you want to give them lots of respect? Can you vote again? Will this change their rating?

Edited to add: So many questions, so little time!! Sorry Ted!

Ted, how about people with negative respect, can't vote for others respect. I have visions of a troll or @rse, who doesn't agree with the majority, leaving bad feedback for people out of spite.
