Link to Gassing Station At The Bottom Of Page

Hi Ted, I moderate for an online dating site, (and I'm also an Agony Aunt 
) and on all their threads (some of which are quite long) they have a "return link" at the bottom of the page, which takes you back to the root forums list.
Would it be an easy task to add one? Cos If you use your scrolling wheel set to move one line at a time as I do (instead of one page at a time), its is an awful lot of wheel-spinning needed, and then followed by yet another click to get you back to the root of gassing station. Just a suggestion. Even if you use the page links, you still have to wait for the new page to load, and sometimes, depending how busy your servers are, this can quite a while. Of course you can use the scrollbar, but that means you actually have to move the mouse !
I don't wish to imply that I am an irresponsible member by wheel-spinning more than necessary whilst driving around PistonHeads forums
This might even take a load of your servers, a sort of traffic-calming measure.
PS Please don't tell Mad Cop,
cos' I don't want my mouse fitted with a speed restricter 
and thus end up infront of bob the bench. 
This is the only minor thing I have noticed, other than that this site is the most entertaining and factually interesting site I have ever been to. Keep it up.
