Chatbots, AI Bots - what is the policy?

Bumping this thread to report a new one. Tried the report button but at the moment when i submit it goes to a 500 error page - possibly because the post is in the GG archive.

Clearly a bot account as it's bumping a long dead thread, rehashing pieces of previous posts on the thread in a wall of text to look somewhat genuine but clearly doesn't read / sound like it's been posted by an actual human.
Edit - seems to have been dealt with by moderation now, so mods can delete this post if necessary.
