my original profile isn't working

Hello,I was signed out of my original profile last week and am now unable to sign back in. It is saying the password isn't recognised. Trying to reset it isn't working as the email isn't being sent... Unless i used a now defunct address from 2006. Is there anyway I can get back onto my old profile and delete this one please?

I have flagged this up with the techies, also found your original profile so will flag that as well, it's the weekend so not too sure it won't be sorted until Monday.

Hello, it’s me again. Somehow my old profile and this one are on the same email address. Whenever I try to reset the password on my original profile, this one seems to take precedence. I’d still like to scrap this one and go back to the previous one if at all possible. Sorry to be pain in the hoop.

I've just triggered a reset password email for your old account, can you please check your email and follow the email's instructions. That should reset the password of your old account, when logging in make sure to use your email that ends with .co.uk with the new password you've just setup and that should get you into your old account, let me know if that works.

As I haven't received an email in any of my current accounts, I can only guess at me using a long defunct address to set my original account. Thanks very much for trying to help me but it looks like I'll have to give up on getting back.
