NP&E section for newbies only

Anyone at Ph Towers fancy that?
We (us) newbies need to wait a year and 1000 posts before we can join in the NP&E fun.
A lot can happen in that time.
So how about making a NP&E section just for newbies.
3 strikes and you're out foreeeeeeeeeeever to save the moderators having to sit there 24/7.
Go on, you know you want to.
Plus all the, er, 'oldies' will be moaning that they can't post.
Not trolling btw, just politely asking a question.
