I'm getting a 403 Forbidden error on trying to respond to a thread that I've previously replied to. I also get both Chrome and Firefox detecting the language as Danish.

It's maybe just me as there are newer responses but it's not *just* my browser as I've tried both Firefox and Chrome.

I have the same issue on an entirely different computer too (but the same thread).

Replying to _this_ thread however works fine.

I have worked out that its what I was trying to post however I have *no* idea what it was beyond removing this short section from one sentence made it work.

"(or with DCT's a hangover)"

It wasn't however that by itself as while it hasn't broken this if I paste the entire message it breaks here as well. If you replace the xxx in the post below with that section in brackets..it breaks (even in preview).

No. Because she doesn't like having to hold your foot on the brake all the time to stop it creeping.

As for "double declutching" ffs get over yourself. She's not driving a Model T.
You dont have to hold your foot to stop it creeping in most EVs - creep or hold mode is a setting in most?
I think "most" is a stretch. As far as I can find on many it's not a setting you can change and others you have to manually apply the handbrake. This one also doesn't hill hold and the auto handbrake release is very jarring.

Creep "as default" is stupid because unlike an ICE auto where creep is literally a function xxx of how the transmission works it's a programmed setting on an EV! Someone had to go to the effort to _make_ it behave like that!

Yes in KIAs you can choose to have it creep or come to a complete stop when you take your foot off the accelerator. It can hold itself stationary without you having to press any pedals even on a steep hill which is very convenient.

If you prefer you can set it to ‘freewheel’ though and use the brakes just like a regular car, it’s your choice

In 1 pedal mode you literally only have to use the accelerator, like a scale trick car really
The "1-pedal" mode in the e-2008 won't come to a stand still either and she finds the "dead zone" between accelerate and brake annoyingly small (and of course not adjustable).

Which comes back to what I'm saying. You are making out that *ALL* EV's are fantastic...yet the reality is that its nuanced. Some are st. Some are great. Same for ICE, some cars I'd rather walk than suffer driving.

This has been a thing for a few years now - seems to be related to text inputs that could be confused for SQL / coding and get blocked

I’m getting it immediately after login about once a day, usually after being asked to complete a captcha.
