Super annoying pop up

I’m getting this constantly on every single page I go into on PH, no matter what option I select. What’s going on???

Yep, this. It's been reported for years but since none of the staff have the issue we can't investigate how to fix it.

The times we have looked into this issue one on one with a member it usually comes down to them either

• Using browser third-party browser plugins which prevent writing of cookies (this will show the banner but not remember you've seen it)
• Unknowingly using private browsing mode which starts a new browser session with fresh cookies on every new window or tab
