Multiple Posts of the same thing

This seems to happen on a lot of threads, a poster posts and then it happens multiple times.

Is the a system bug or a mobile device bug as it affects multiple users. I have seen my own posts do this several times.

I think some of it used to be caused by posters hitting the ‘back’ button in their browsers after submitting a post. This problem seems to have been fixed already though.

I'm getting connection failures (NSURLErrorNetworkConnectionLost) regularly at the moment on preview/submit that I suspect are exacerbating this.
