Engine failure thread?

I'm new here and signed up to see if anyone can shed any light on the above thread - the one about the guy who claims he was wrongly accused of re-mapping an engine which suffered a catastrophic failure. I was following it with great interest a few months back but it's obviously been deleted by the mods. Assuming it was deleted in relation to a legal settlement or court case - but I'm quite interested in getting an idea of the outcome.

Appreciated if nothing can be said publicly.

I’m guessing he won the claim but had a non disclosure agreement as part of it.

Shame as I was invested in it! Just like the bunker thread!

The thread was removed due to ongoing court action, but we're unaware of a final outcome or if one has been reached I'm afraid.
