For some reason I didn't see a 'report's button....

Think its the one I also reported.

It was formatted as a Wiki, so the report button didnt show, but there was a report line in the title of the wiki (not thread title)

Ah yes that'll be it then if it was a Wiki, reporting is slightly different. Cheers!
