Who fiddled with the page format?

I suddenly have a lower banner area taking up half the page, and the (very useful) 'My Stuff' and 'What's New' links at the bottom of the page have gone.

Yes, it’s infuriating & no need to remove them!

Please put the forum links back at the bottom of the thread pages.
