scam adverts on PH

this is the second or 3rd time its been advertised on PH. its the usual scam, they are abroad and the car is at a shipping agents...
is there a national reporting line possibly for the police etc to investigate crap like this? they will potentially at some point take money off someone with less sense, yes they should know better and research but legally this is fraud surely trying to pull it constantly?
the actual car in the pics is not actually for sale, and was sold for about £15k a year or so back, its a genuine UK car. they've ripped his pics again.
