Adverts now playing music!! WTAF!
Discussion
Well, obvious anwser is obvious.
There are many random audio adverts that I encounter on many different websites (which I find annoying as well), but I'm not about to cut off my nose to spite my face by boycotting the internet, when a simple solution suh as turning down the volume is so easy & effective.
But each to their own.

This has cropped up from time to time. From what I understand, PH has a system in place which is supposed to stop advertisers placing ads which contain soundtracks. Now and then, one sneaks through but are usually shut down eventually. The best thing is to send a report to the PH team about that particular ad so that they are made aware.
PS - turning down the volume is not always an option depending on how you use your computer or device.

I'm another one who utterly hates this, especially as I quite often have my own music in the background. It poisons that brand/web site in my mind as well, which makes the whole point counter productive. Make an advert have such an instant negative connotation with me, that brand (and often, website) gets tied into it as well.
edit to add:
Samsung make some fantastic products, but their constant 'forced system app installation' on my S7 Edge (Samsung Pay, Samsung Contacts+ social media integration etc), their dodgy privacy debacle a while back with their TV's listen & transmitting what they hear to third parties and threads like this really really poison the brand in my head. I find myself spending extra time looking at alternative brands just because 'Samsung' is something that now really does not appeal to me - despite utterly loving their core products.
