Is the PH shop shut for lunch? I've just tried to buy some bits and when I clicked the button to go to WORLDPAY i.e. to confirm the order, I got the message 'unable to display the page' and the contents of my basket dissapeared - I got no confirming email, so I guess the order didn't go through.

Sorry about that. Can't find anything wrong and have had another order just now so things are working.
Do you know the page that it was trying to display (URL)? Are you behind a firewall? What browser are you using?
Sorry for the questions but trying to diagnose remotely isn't easy!

Thanks for the response Ted...hmm firewall, might be - but I've used this system to make purchases before, but perhaps things have changed. I'll try another machine and let you know in half an hour or so.

Looks like I'll have to use my own machine for online purchases in future!
