Why do questions in surveys never seem to quite ask the questions in a way you can answer?
Tried to persevere with near enough answers
Finally gave up with the how likely are you to change insurer at renewal very likely, likely, not likely, course not.
The answer is about 50:50 so neither likely nor not likely

ETA I see Surveyor got the same thing at about the same time

A: No.

yes they did a similar thing with a tyre supplier, and when you rang up for the PH discount they said it had already been applied. if you rang up and didn't quote ph you got the same price.

Why after taking the survey does the box keep popping up, even when trying to write this complaint to you? Surely once I either cancel or complete, I shouldn't see the survey promt again for this session?

Hi All,

Thanks for the feedback, we've been trialling a new survey tool so just trying to get our heads around the functionality hence a few of the glitches! Despite that we had over 1000 responses in less than 24 hours so many thanks to those who took the time to fill it out.

We're getting the data hamsters to look through over the coming weeks and then will publish findings here so we can have an open discussion on the next steps.

As some may already be aware the Adrian Flux partnership ended at the beginning of the month so we want to make sure we make the right decision for the next insurance tie up.

We've now switched the Survey off so if you didn't have time/didn't want(!) to do the survey but still want a voice feel free to write your opinions below.
