I keep getting to this page. Its a JPEG image.

Profile updated successfully
If you changed your profile picture it can take up to 15 minutes before it is changed

I'm not sure why this is not working for you. I don't think the size of your image is causing a problem. Could you rename your file to use alphanumeric characters only (if it wasn't already) and try again? Does it work if you upload other images?
