How do I change my email?

Hi Guys,
I've been a lurking member here for years but never posted in the forums.
I'm retiring soon and will have more time on my hands so plan to change that!
My question is how do I change my email? I currently have an old Freeserve one registered, I can still access it but it's a pain as I have to use webmail.
