Urgency? It has been doing it for 4 days. Either it is:

In Haymarket's control - in which case turn it off
Injected by a partner via GTM or similar - in which case tell them to turn if off or, better, shut it off for them

Which is it? I would bet there's no way to properly control third party tags.
