Classifieds Picture Upload

I've noticed that some people are having problems uploading pictures. You're getting a 'Bad Parameters' message or similar when going to the upload page. Trouble is I can't work out how you're getting there without the right parameters in the address bar.

If you've had a problem and can shed any light on it I'd appreciate it.
