Waiting for haynet.adbureau.net for ages before pages load

I realise that PH needs advertising to sustain it, but making page load times over 60s is painful. I'm on latest Firefox on Windows 7 and every so often I get a page waiting for haynet.adbureau.net for over 60s.

I've started using an Adblocker on my Mac at home, but can't install one at work for lunchtime browsing.
