HELP NO RESPONSE from Pistonheads & CANNOT PLACE ADVERT!!

i HAVE SPENT THE PAST COUPLE OF HOURS TRYING IN VAIN TO POST AN ADVERT FOR A CAR. Ive been a Pistonheads member for quite a few years & Im so frustrated as I cannot get an answer & all the Credit & Debit cards we have all come back as being rejected!!! Something is wrong as we are not overdrawn its just Pistonheads will not accept the money for some reason??? It would have been nice had they returned my messages but alas no(not yet anyway!)
Has anyone else had this problem & how do I get it sorted! Ive waisted nearly 3 hours on it so I might as well post it elswhere if Pistonheads cannot respond & help.... Annoyed, yes very!
