So I have all the information to pass onto the devlopers can describe or even better take a screen shot of the issue?
Also what machine, browser and OS you are using?

Thanks for the reply Ollie, same problem on Windows 7 PC chrome & Ipad Safari, no start topic button visible

Not sure if it's linked to being denied access to one topic in N,P & E

I can start a thread in the regional section of the forum

Solved the issue, if I select the appropriate sub-forum, I can start a topic
