Can't seem to change profile pic photo?

Hi,

Does anyone know how to change the profile pic. It says I have no pic selected but always shows an old pic of my car. When I look at the source code for this image it is saying

src="/pics//members/39603-car.jpg?nocache=98"

Yet I cannot find where I can delete this image?

Any tips?
