Hi Ted,
just enquiring about the use of the Dollar Sign $$ in members cars, I've never even touched a greenback, let alone spent one on the old jallopy, don't ya know. I side with a vast amount of people in this country, in rejecting the ever increasing onslaught from the euro, and now your starting with this american stuff! Pour Qui?

That's wierd! Not sure why it's started doing that. The server is set up to use £ by default. Any NT techies shed any light on why it might be doing this (using FormatCurrency)?

Hmm,

Could it be that the client machine has the currency default set to $, so that when it requests the page it will have the $ returned, not the £? Regional settings on the client machine?

Check Control Panel first, make sure that's all straight. Other than that it might have got it's skudddies in a twist, so run up the old reg-a-edit-a and check the following:

HKEY_USERS.DEFAULTControl PanelInternational

Check in particular the value "SCurrency" - make sure it's Sterling, Dollar. Check Locale is 809, and finally check sCountry is United Kingdom.
