PH 'p/ex' section

A lot of people are selling their cars through PH and possibly trading up (or down) for a similar performance vehicle. How about an additional category for people who would be looking for a possible p/x with a fellow PistonHeader? I for one am looking to sell my 450 Chim to buy a Cerby, and possibly there's somebody with a Cerby want's my Chim and an envelope full of cash! (OK it's a long shot...)

Wouldn't it be easier just to put p/ex requirements in the advert?

Hi Ted - the idea was, rather than trawl through every advert looking to see if the seller
mentions part exchange, you can actually have a separate category for it. Maybe you can have the choice of a ‘second category’ when advertising your car, and your ad then automatically goes into a ‘possible part exchange’ section?

A lot of people reply to ads offering some bizarre part exchanges. I might offer an option so advertisers can display whether they'll accept part exchanges then. Leave it with me, I'll work something out next time I'm fiddling with that stuff.
