What’s it for? and how does it work? (not literally )
Is it for the end of year PH prizes, i.e. the more positive votes a thread gets the bigger the pie and a slap for those that get more than 10 'drivel' votes?

No one much using this or have we not had any threads worthy of the system? Suggestions welcome if you think it could be changed for the better.

To be honest I can't be arsed to rate a thread. However, I would love to nominate certain individual quotes for the 'funniest thing all week'. We should have a hall of fame of the funniest lines ever. There's some real gems popping up now and then - genious. Would be a shame for some of them to slip away...

I think a better way to do it would be to have 5 buttons at the bottom of the thread which will take you back to the Topic List whilst picking up your 1-5 rating..

Agree with Roadrunner - perhaps a collection of quotes of the week or something ? We could alter the voting system for post of the week, maybe ?

This week, IMO, some of the best have been:

CarZee's letter about the Rear Admiral talking rubbish apropos speeding;
Flasher's :muppet: smilie (First post I've been crying with laughter over - ever)
Bonce's ":joeydeacon:" starter for ten.

I'm sure there have been others.

Agree with RoadRunner......... threads themselves provide some amusement - but its the individual postings that make you smile the most, rofl even (not that I've quite gone that far at work, buyt ya never know!)

No, gotta back Ted up here - talking about camel's feet is one thing.

But when it moved onto weddings that was a bit naughty. Afterall you got to have some standards

Cheers, phil
