Interesting if that occured, and there's possibly a criminal enquiry into this, that Pistonheads could well be aiding and abetting.
There is no criminal enquiry and to the best of my knowledge there won’t be. There wasn’t any misdemeanour done on purpose by IM, it was an oversight or mistake or misinterpretation of the FCA rules but it wasn’t criminal. I’m not sure the same can be said for Darren Reynolds and Active Wealth who are one of the other parties involved and who place the business with IM.

What comes over EVEN more sad is you lot with money invested that think IM would piss on you if you were on fire. Pathetic.
Also the bloke last night firing shots around, total embarrassment.
There does seem to be some weird cultish devotion to IM for reasons unfathomable to me.Also the bloke last night firing shots around, total embarrassment.
Poor show by PH to shut down comment just because a sponsor (which, presumably, no longer has the funds to sponsor …) objects.

I'm amazed you haven't waded in there, stirring things up. I bet you're absolutely itching to.
Appreciate you're a happy IMPC client but this isn't a forum spat. It's people's financial prosperity at stake and they're entitled to some clarity over what's happening. Forester1965 said:

It’s that sort of attitude that doesn’t help anybody. Nobody was stirring anything but when hundreds of people have had retirements ruined, questions need to be asked. For clarity I am not saying IM are responsible but they were a link in the chain for which they have ultimately paid the price. This is purely my personal opinion and nothing more, I can imagine a situation where Julian will be seen as persona non grata by the FCA. If that were to be the case, it's unlikely a new 'IMPC' led by him would emerge.
The 'experts' previously used by Intelligent Money to pick the successful stocks appear to have chosen to side with Cobens, which is apparently now at odds with Julian.

They are indeed good at what they do. As I suspect you are too at whatever you do. I was pretty good at what I did but didn't have to rely on the moral compass of those that brought me Business. IM know they made a mistake on diligence and they have been transparent about that. Keep kicking but what's the point? Who of us have not made a mistake? You certainly have, as have I, but we've not had peanuts thrown at us for doing so. Still time for me though
