Hi all,

Just wanted to ask if anyone can recommend me a place in South East Kent or further to take my Lamborgini for a service, It's had main dealer since new but I wanted to ask whats the next best place to start taking It outside of the main dealer network that still holds a good reputation for high quality service and stamp!

i found a few online so some feedback would be great or other recommendations please

Furlonger, but might be a bit modern for them?

Thanks guys,

Would It be a negative going to specialist given the fact its got Full Main dealer? Just wanted to get your angle on this as for resale in the future. I personally wouldn't mind If It was with a very renowned specialist as lets face it they are most of the time more thorough! and have just as much if not more experience in slightly older models.

Personally I'd say a very reputable garage working on it won't effect value

For centres specifically in Kent, why don't you ask vvs, they do sales but will know who can be used for servicing. Also, and oil service if due isn't that big a deal anyway

I have decided to keep the full Main dealer history going as It would be a shame to come away from that for such a special car!

My question is I'm based in South East kent, my nearest dealer is Tonbridge,

Can anyone tell me what dealer might be the 'best' or one to avoid for any particular reason? do they all have set prices or differ? I spoke to Leicester as they last serviced this one but It is a fair old trek!

Hatfield or Pangbourne are another option.

I keep hearing good things about Leicester even VVS said they use them when i last enquired, interesting how they drive past all the others to visit them instead.

Personal choice of course, but for many marque's - the "good" specialists are considerably better than main dealer. I was using a main dealer a few years back for my car (not a Lambo) and they were good - the indy I use now is in a whole different league though and as an owner - that's what I want from the people looking after my car.
Main Dealer does not necessarily mean "better".

(Of course, when you sell there are always buyers who insist on main dealer history)

I have used Simon Furlonger Ashford for servicing all good there, anything more involved Ricky at RE performance. I tried main dealer T''wells they quoted me £3500 for a new module due to imobiliser issue, lucklily i turned them down and went with someone else..fault turned out to be a broken wire and saved £3500.
