I’m tempted. Other than the white, is there a reason/spec issue?

Despite the recent price reductions, it's still a bit too expensive in the current market. If you really like it then they might be open to a deal to get it sold

I quite like that - looks good in white imo

I’m in a 992 S - how will the magnetic ride on this huracan compare? Thanks

I see that as reasonable value and the spec is decent.
Mileage not bad, I just paid 5k more for a low miles example with 7.5k miles but 21k is still decent.
I’m wondering if it is because it is white but again it’s a huracan so looks good anyway.
I know the 458s seem to be harder to sell in white but not the lamb is.
Also has the clear engine cover which mine hasn’t got but I wasn’t too fussed about that because mines black and I feel the slats blend well.
Alcantara interior is nice too.

Re the magnetic dampers, Ive had that on 991.1 turbo s and also on a Ferrari California, on the Cali, I didn’t really notice it was there when it sports mode it didn’t stiffen the car up much or make it feel tight.
In the 911 when in sports or sports plus I felt it and it made the car go-cart like when in sports plus which felt good.
In the huracan it really kicks in a lot especially when cornering. For me it’s a must have option and wouldn’t buy a sports car without it.

Thank you - is the ride more compliant in the huracan than the 991.2 when pottering around town? I love the usability of the 992 , would like it to be at least as compliant on the crappy roads on the supermarket trip - I’d hate to feel like I can’t just use it like the 992… very interested in your view

I have had several Porsches and I would say they were all really good daily drivers, they are renowned for this.
I haven’t had a 992 but my 991 was an extremely easy car to drive just about anywhere and my wife used it for several months after her Land Rover was stolen without any problems at all.
I even drove an early 996 tiptronic s as a daily work car and over 3 years I added 50k miles to it. I used it winter, snow whatever and parked it anywhere I wanted included on some dodgy south London estates. (I’m a surveyor).

When I sold my most recent Porsche and bought the Cali V8 she didn’t gel with it at all and found it a bit brash to drive and didn’t like the process of how you had to use the paddles to go to neutral and mess about with things to reverse etc. so she decided not to drive it.

When I recently got the huracan, she only tried it once and decided that she wouldn’t get used to it either.
In truth I believe she would have been fine but for visibility but she has a car so it doesn’t matter.

For me I would say the huracan is not such a daily driver as any of my Porsche cars except maybe a manual one that I hated after a few months.
BUT and this is a big BUT I find it more special than all of the Porsches that I have owned even though the Porsches are so well put together and easy to drive.
With the Porsche you can just take it out without worrying about weather, parking or if you’ll have enough space for a few bags of shopping. With the huracan I have to think of all of those things before I decide.

Having said all of that, with the huracan, you know it’s a special drive every time you get in and if you like the attention it’s a great car.

Thats white one imho is well priced and good spec, it has reverse camera which mine doesn’t have and it has clear engine cover and that MUST have front lift.
It also has a nice interior, which is not too dissimilar to the gts interior on some p cars with the alcantara and red stitching.
I know this is going to sound obvious but why not go and drive one and get a feel for it.
I don’t regret giving up a Porsche for one of these at all and I also feel that the V10 will hold its value down the line Better than the Porsche cars.
One thing I don’t like about the lambo, it doesn’t have switchable exhaust, so when I’m street mode the sound, although it’s nice, is a bit too quiet for my liking. So I’m having an exhaust switch fitted, so I can have it open even when I’m street mode.
As for the sound in sport or corsa, the huracan is lovely and although it hasn’t got the depth of some V8 cars it’s a nice sound with the schoolboy pos and crackles. (Sorry I’m nearly 62 but I love it)

Pls keep us all posted of what you decide.
Btw where are you based?

Oh too far away. I’m in Essex east London borders or would have invited you for a look at mine in a relaxed way as opposed to hard sell in the dealership.

Not sure how far redline cars is from you but they have a few there and they are a sizeable place so likely to let you browse.

Get out and drive one. I’m sure you’ll love it.

Plus, the interior is quality like the modern Porsches which makes you feel like you’re in a good car.
