How many RHD Gallardos made - anyone know

Hi new member from Australia here.

Anyone have any idea how many RHD Gallardos were made out of the 12000 or so?

I've got a RHD 2006 SE & I've been told there were only 27 RHD SE (out of 250 made) and there was only 100 or so RHD Gallardos made in total.

These are very rare cars in Australia & a lot of them that I see are grey imports from Singapore and the UK - seems about 10 years ago grey market importers here nabbed a lot of your UK market G's & Ferrari 360s and bought them here.

Mine was sold new here, so yeah just wondering if anyone knows how many RHD were made of if there is a historian for these cars that might know.

Er, no.

I have no idea what the number is, but it's nothing like that low. There are loads in the UK - there are 57 Gallardos for sale on Autotrader, and although I'm sure a couple might be LHD the vast majority will be RHD.

RHD isn't a rare car at all (no more so than you'd expect a Gallardo to be)

Normally c.10% of Lambo production is RHD

thanks guys, yeah I thought the 100 or so number was bull-tish too, so thanks for clearing that up

I do know my SE was only 1 of 6 that were sold new in Oz, but yeah if only approx 10% of production is RHD, that is still not many!

Did try to find out how many RHD manuals were made but drew a blank, believe just over 500 manuals

were made worldwide LHD and RHD, did have the exact number but can't seem to find it again,
