Major service or not?
Discussion
Assuming you are talking Huracan. Mine is due its second service as it will be two years old. I’ve recently phoned around most of the UK Lambo dealers. The sequence is first year service is minor, years 2, 3 & 4 are all fairly big, with slight variations, but all approx £2,500 cost. For the second service I was quoted between £2,300 and £2,800, that’s before I have gone back to my preferred dealer to negotiate further.
So far Manchester have been best and seem most interested in getting the business. It is 9 1/2 hours so car will be needed for 2 days. HTH. Cheers.

For the prelp there was an annual oil between biggies which also varied in how big
Seems like for lp cars there is only one small followed by varying levels as per huracan
I'd check the service book schedule personally and if you've done little miles, ask for a prelp oil service equivalent... It really dep3nds on what items are listed and how car is driven.... Hard driving over small miles needs fluids changed over relaxed cruising over long distances

When I had my last major done at a Lambo dealer, they gave me the option of changing the oxygen sensors - I declined. There's a poly-belt that was an option to change too. As mine had done around 1200 miles since the last major and they agreed that visually it was ok, I declined that too. From my bill. engine and gbox oils plus a set of 10 spark plugs equates to around £3000.... no that's not true, a Lambo stamp on the paperwork was included which is woth around £1500... ☺

You don't need to replace the oxygen sensors either......only if they break. Complete waste of money that item!
I remember this from my Maserati, the indi garages all said it was potentially problematic to get them off and absolutely no reason to change them if working and certainly not every other service!I declined the oxygen sensors on my 6th year service after a discussion with the dealer. We both agreed that they would be checked and if operating normally would be left alone. They were fine, so we left them alone. The bill for that biggie came to about £2700. My interims are usually about £1000 or thereabouts.
That huge quote seems very very high. I guess different dealers have different approaches to this kind of thing. Why I always go back to the same dealer. I feel they are never trying to screw me out of pounds for unnecessary work.

I'm in the same situation, Nov 2013 lp560-4 - due the 'big' 6-year service this year, been quoted by Lambo Manchester at £4100.
Not sure what I'm going to do but not sure I think that's necessary, it's only done 10,100 since new - do let me know what you choose to do!
Just way too expensive. Take out the O2 Sensors and should be no more than 2700 for everything else. I just dug out my receipt for my 6th annual and it came to £2576.00 incl VAT but excluding replacement O2 sensors. This was in August 2017 at a Main Dealer. Not sure what I'm going to do but not sure I think that's necessary, it's only done 10,100 since new - do let me know what you choose to do!

Yeah it was Manchester that quoted me as well. We have agreed to ditch the O2 sensors and the air con filter ones. They will check them though so no doubt they will need replacing.
I assume if the O2 sensors were faulty, it would throw an EML on the dashboard. If so, then No light = working fine. Edited by Never you mind on Thursday 28th February 10:17
