Clutch print out

Hi guys

Had my service down now from a dealer, got a clutch print out. But I have no idea what I am looking .. Can someone give me a direction on what states how much wear on the clutch?

there should be a solitary reading in mm as to the approximate amount worn
replacement is due when 5.6mm is worn

tbh, the important 2mm bit looks pretty much the same in any language
