Hi, I am new to the forum and have just purchased a Edizione Tecnica, does any member know how many of these were produced for the U.K? Maybe a good investment if numbers are low?
only way to know for sure is a factory contact, or from phoning all of the main dealer groups (styner/lancaster/hr owen, as there is no lambo uk central database the dealers can access).... not all sold went through the classifieds, and given they were only on sale from nov 2012ish, not sure how many will have been sold or going through the classifieds at the moment....Edited by 70proof on Thursday 5th December 20:22
Congrats, wise purchase my friend. I have a Rosso Mars Performante which I believe is 1 of 4 in the UK but I have no idea of overall numbers or the split between convertible and coupe.
I also believe they will become a classic ( probably not in my normal 2 year tenure ) longer term and that short term residuals will remain strong due to limited numbers and lack of availability of the new model. The G replacement has strong order banks for the next 2 years and the spyder will follow suit there after but be £220k by then
Lets hope its the new Challenge Stradale. With those approaching £200k and only affordable to the rich and famous the true enthusiasts have got to wake up to the best supercar bargain out there- the last and best of the Gallardo's

can you just imagine the hype when he decides to sell ???
He wont need to worry as apparently the dealer, Rybrook has guaranteed to buy it back at the same money in six months time. I asked for the same for my 430 spider I brought from them last week and they looked at me like I had gone out....go figure hazy said:

In his defence (as he appears to be waxing in the daytime) I think he said in one of the other threads that he was a car dealer or owned a garage so we dont know if it was a trade deal of some sort or he commited to buy 10 dailys for his company. You forgot I sold my pristine low miles high spec 2009 Ferrari F430 spider that I ran for 3 years to upgrade to something better and I also saw the 2 old leggy ones they had for sale at Rybrook.
Why would they offer to buy the F430 back when it might not be still in 1 piece in 6 months time and they are as common as mcuk. Go figure
You can't beat german build quality and Italian Flair which is exactly what the Lambo is. I can drive it with the confidence nothing will fall off and that everyone just loves it

cue the "rybrook are trying to rip me off for £20k, and reckon that ferrari red lambos are unsellable" thread
I can assure you the buyback is not required and if I do ever part company with it I expect to get a lot more than what I paid for it You haven't completely missed the boat though, the last 2 ones left are available at £180k if your quick although I expect collectors to snap them up at that price
