why don't you re-register it in your name? DVLA will write to her at your address to give her a chance to dispute the change. If she doesn't respond they'll register it to you.
or just transfer ownership? - all correspondence will come to you / her at your address anyway so you can 'approve' anything you want

also very odd is the craig bit..... you were business partners? car actually paid by the company? why then put her name on the v5.... simply asking for trouble if not married....

^^ this ^^ very simple really, get the guy to take a test drive or at least have a look in it and fire it up and as soon as he gets the keys you appear and he hands them back to you, I would also get as many people to go with you as possible so there are no later complaints of foul play.TobyLaRohne said:
