I’ve been waiting for this moment for a few years now...my lovely Daytona coming up for sale again after I was forced to sell her for my divorce! I open up my latest copy of Octane and there she was on page 6!

I guess the good news is that she won’t reach reserve, giving you the opportunity to buy her back?

I guess it depends on the year / market rate when you sold it

I thought good Daytona's could fetch over £700K currently?

There are lots for sale at that price but very few are selling.

It couldn't possibly matter less, but I'm fairly sure Bonhams means 'the late Rt Hon Viscount Downe, John Christian George Dawnay', and not 'J Dawney'.

Get DVLA to stick this back on the original plate, and job's a good'un.

What a beautiful car! Did you get her back GarethRR?

Sold for £467,500 inc fees, which seems very reasonable.

Not this time, but agree it was a good price. Super car, the guy that looked after it for me and had had 6+ himself said it was he best original one he’d seen. Hope the new owner enjoys her, I’ll keep saving!!
