308 on Ebay

Hi,
Does anybody know this 308 on eBay? item no.321469909481
Wish id bought one years ago when a good one was this price but ho hum, I emailed the guy to see if he had any pictures of the damage, but he didn't, also his user name is a bit off-putting.

At a guess its Cat D but if the history stacks up and it passes a very thorough PPI (eg Walkersport nearby) then buy it

Once bought make the bumpers black again....

Bear in mind that any downturn in the market will affect this considerably (in percentage terms) but you will not lose as much money as those currently paying up to three times as much

This is the second time that car has been on ebay, the last time was a month or two ago with exactly the same advert. At that time a friend of mine enquired seriously about the car. The vendor said it had a full history but details were sketchy and my friend said he would definitely buy the car if they would confirm the existence of the history but that history was not forthcoming.

We ran an HPI check and the car is Cat D it has also had a colour change and was originally white. If you look closely at the pictures especially the carpet it looks like the interior is/was blue which would make sense that the car might originally have been white with a blue interior. So personally I would budget on a full respray to go back to the original colour and put all the bits should be back to black.

Thanks for the replies, I think i'll deffo go and view it,I am currently working abroad, so it will be a couple of weeks before I can go. I also saw it advertised last time on ebay, that was when I asked for photos of what the damage was like but apparently there wasn't any.
To be honest I was going to offer low twenties and treat it as a bit of a project but we'll see.
