Ha ha , well thats upto the cars owner & it was a private showing yesterday
I'm all about sharing cars like this, feel free to post any pictures of mine. How did you find the Dino? Always wanted to drive one but never had the chance. Same goes for the GT4, heard they're cracking cars? Is the GT4 noticeably faster than the 246 Dino?

That'll do. Lovely http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q9fmwL6iXUU
I see you had half a moment on the left turn, otherwise holding nicely in the damp. What boots have you got on her?

Khumos I think. Cant remember now. I see you had half a moment on the left turn, otherwise holding nicely in the damp. What boots have you got on her?
Its amazing how well the older Ferraris handle. They're so much more fun to drive than all the newer stuff.

Quite right. If you're going to have a sports car, it's got to be fun. I'm still challenged by mine and that's the way I like it. I love its pure mechanical nature, no noddy aids. But is it more fun than your 355 (assuming you also have/had one) ?Its amazing how well the older Ferraris handle. They're so much more fun to drive than all the newer stuff.
Are you on 16" rims?
The 246 to me seemed quicker than my 308 , not sure if its because its more compact inside the 246 & the engine is right behind you , or may be i was just high on adrenaline driving such a beautifull car. The ride in the 246 seemed smoother than the 308 , the gear changes easier , credit to its owner too it had been maintained top notch & driven on a regular basis , not saying my 308 hasnt been either though

The taste of food is profoundly affected by the way it looks. Experience of a car has similar complications, for sure.BOMBER123 said:

Would be surprised if it was quicker as it has so much less power. Though I guess the GT4 may be a fairly heavy car? You sure your carbs are balanced properly? Could just be currently down on power? If so then its in the right place for it to be sorted. Saw your car up on the lift at GT Cars this morning when swapping the 355 for the 308.Behemoth said:

And still have the 355, drove that the 50 miles over to GT Cars this morning then drove 50 miles back in the 308! Wouldn't say one is more fun than the other, they're both totally different cars. The 308 is more of an event and feels that bit more special, but the 355 feels light years ahead to drive and the speed is mental (My 355 has been tweaked). 308 is more difficult to drive than the 355. Sometimes thats good and sometimes it can be bad depending on what mood I'm in and what I'm using the car for. Long journeys I'd take the 355 every time.
It has a remap from Michelotto, (who are obviously well connected with Ferrari)! It has the K&N filters, decatted, Tubistyle exhaust, Fiorano suspension, removable momo challenge wheel, and challenge grill.
Estimated to be putting out about 420bhp, not had it on the rolling road though yet. Something I must get round to.
