Anyone know this car?

If it failed an MOT, that really speaks of maintenance neglect to me. I would expect any Ferrari that has been properly looked after to sail through an MOT. Alarm bells would be ringing, much more than they would on a daily that had failed an MOT IMO

I think thats a bit of a drastic statement without even knowing what it has failed on...Its a high mileage car and the fact that there is noise from the torque tube would be very worrying for me. Could well need alot of money spent on it, you can easily spend £5,000 for a full service and other stuff on one of these. So I would be very, very careful and get it inspected, unless of course you are a multi millionaire, in which buy it for K50!!!!!
If that auction car sells 15-20k likelihood its going to need 10k throwing at it minimum. Most ferrari owners(unless they dont have the finances to) would get it sorted beforehand as youd be throwing money away on the sale otherwise. This car even with the high miles would fetch about 40k when repaired.
Mot report lists 2 shocks failing...thats 3-4k staraightaway. Lumpy running will explain the emissions failure. Could be a multitude of issues or just a coil issue. Braking issues also. Coolant leak not stating if rad or pipes. Just the mot suggests min of 10ks work.

The advert shows a car that is MOT's through to March 2018, so probably not that one.OP - if it failed it's MOT, you can check what it failed on here; https://vehicleenquiry.service.gov.uk
If it is shocks as someone has suggested, these can be rebuilt by Bilstein for about £400 each. If it's a radiator issue, to replace with new would be £3-4k, but if it's a hose obviously that will be a lot less.

Those Shock rebuilds can have a turnaround of up to 12 weeks, when they decide they are doing them. Emissions failure could be a cracked manifold (lots of ££££labour to remove those, let alone parts) an engine issue or something simple. That's all before the potential shot torque-tube bearings mentioned above. It's all guesswork unless someone gets a properly informed inspection carried out. Don't underestimate what these cars can cost to put right....OP - if it failed it's MOT, you can check what it failed on here; https://vehicleenquiry.service.gov.uk

The OP's original photo is taken from the Historics at Brooklands auction last year. Try searching using the VIN. It sold for £38,080 last year.
The reg can be seen and just about read on the auction website. And is the one that sold last year. Its easy to look up the mot history which it has failed. Unless the owner has rectified the work required to pass it and gets it re-mot'd before the auction then the listing will be correct. Due diligence and checking this would be required with back up of the paperwork to show work has been done. Any bidder should take it that the informafion is incorrect unless further info is provided to suggest otherwise. With regard to bilstein and refurb of Ferrari shocks.......good luck its a f'in painful process that many have given up and had to take alternative options. Some have been lucky, many have felt the pain.
Ok, I have tracked down and spoken to the owner. He bought it last year at auction, has only done 150 miles in it. He has entered it into anglia auction with mentioned problems. Really nice genuine chap, he did except an offer based on me looking and inspection ting car. However when he spoke to auction house they talked him into not withdrawing it. He has no idea why it is running lumpy as he describes it. Bearings on drive do need replacing. He confirmed he will not do remedy work for mot, so will be interesting if au ti on listing gets updated. Or they use there mot centre to mot vehicle, I bought a car from there with fresh mot with a handbrake that didn't work? So be interesting to see what it makes.
Scott, did you go and see the car? I'd love to understand the lumpy running and why a vendor wouldn't put that right before sale??
It looks like he (or she) paid £48,800 for the car last year at auction. Surely presenting the car as running 'lumpy' and requiring other work will ruin the potential value at auction?
