Airbag Leather Shrinkage

Got some shrinkage on the steering wheel airbag on my 456. Looks terriblle so am wanting to get it sorted out.

Does anyone have any recommendations as to where to go to get this done or is it easy enough to DIY?

Its a common problem so most specialists will have a solution - you give no location so no recommendation is really possible - the dashboard too will probably go soon now its begun and removing and stretching back the leather prior to reglueing is quite a task
